Springfield Honors 9/11 Victims at Anniversary Ceremony

The Township Honors Lee Adler and JoAnn Hiltibridle

On Sunday, Sept. 11,  Springfield marked the tenth anniversary of 9/11 by honoring Lee Adler and JoAnn Hiltibridle, the Springfield residents who died in the attacks.

Springfield officials Mayor Hugh Keffer and Marc Krauss dedicated the newly built Patriot Park Garden to the Springfield residents who lost their lives in the Twin Towers, and named it the "Adler-Hiltibridle Memorial Community Garden. 

Committeeman Rich Huber discussed his personal experience escaping the Twin Towers, and his close encounter with death.
