BENCHMARKS CIVICS PROJECT PROGRAM

The Springfield Free Public Library will present
a program concerning our
constitution, government and the Judiciary.

The program is called the
Benchmarks Civics Project. The aim is to foster a better understanding of
civics and, in particular, our courts. This free program is being offered by
the New Jersey Judiciary and New Jersey State Bar Association. A judge or
lawyer from our area will lead an interactive discussion. By attending this
program, you will learn about the way the courts work, what it means to be a
citizen, and the importance of an independent, fair and impartial justice
system.
