FALL PREVENTION

@ Westfield Y
Did you know that one in every three adults age 65 and older will fall?  Falls can cause moderate to severe injuries such as hip fractures and head trauma.  The good news is that falls can be prevented.  Julie Reich, LSW, Director of Special Programs at SAGE Eldercare, will be at the Westfield Y, Kellog Room, 220 Clark St., Westfield, to discuss ways to prevent falls in seniors, including exercise and home safety.  Bring a brown bag lunch; dessert will be provided.  To register and for additional information please call 908 598-5503 or click  here to email.
