Colonial Cooking Contest - The Museum of Early Trades and Crafts

The Museum of Early Trades and Crafts is hosting a Colonial Cooking Contest.  Participants must find a historic recipe, make it and enter it in the contest.  The recipe must come from Early American times.  Entries will be judged and awards will be given out.  The museum has cookbooks you can research your recipe of choice.  Pre-registration must be in by February18, 2011.  The actual contest is on February 26, 2001.  For more information and to register call 973-377-2982X14.
