I understand that Springfield Township Ordinance does not allow dogs on Ruby Field. There is a resident with a large brown dog who insists on letting in run at large-without a leash--on the field, which is in back of my home. Not only is this a health and safety hazard, I don't believe it is fair that I have to pick up after my own dog, but this woman is imposing on the taxpayers to have the township clean up after her animal. It seems like she has the attitude like many in our society today--"I will make my own laws and I only choose to obey the laws with which I agree."
