Fire Engine vs. Floods

Even those big red trucks are no match for standing water.

Despite their seemingly indestructable build, one of the Springfield Fire Department's engines proved to be no match Sunday to the effects of Hurricane Irene. 

It needed to be towed back to Fire headquarters after attempting to go through water in the course of duty.
