Springfield Sixth Grader Gets Political Advice from Gov. Christie

Successful gubernatorial candidate shares election advice.

Gather your friends. The more people that are around you, the more it looks like you’re going to win. Ask people for their vote. And make colorful posters, and hang them up until they tell you to take them down. 

And don't make promises you can't keep.

That was Governor Christie’s off-the-cuff advice to Springfield resident and aspiring politician Zach Martini. Martini, a sixth grader, is seeking office at a Springfield school and decided to go right to the top for advice on how to take an election by storm.
