A three-pronged fundraiser will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with all funds going toward the all-night party that has become a Dayton tradition. The festivities, which follow the school's June graduation ceremony, are held as a way to prevent alcohol-related misfortunes. Project Graduation presents students with fun activities like DJs, movies, dance parties, hypnotists and more.
To support the event, a car wash, garage sale and clothing drive will be held at JDHS. The price per car is $5 and a rain date is set for Sunday.
Used clothing collected will include:
* Wearable & Usable Clothing
(Men’s, Womens & Childrens)
* Shoes, Belts, Handbags * Linens * Stuffed Animals * Hard Toys
Project Graduation will receive money for every pound collected. Please put all items for donation into tightly tied plastic bags. Items should be dropped between 6 and 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4.
