Throughout their time at Dayton, the Class of 2010 impressed parents, teachers, administrators, family and friends. On Wednesday night the school honored those athletes, leaders and artists at the school's Senior Awards.
Senior Awards serves as the last hoorah before the graduating class says goodbye to the halls of Dayton. It's an evening to honor the hard work, dedication and involvement students have shown throughout their years in Springfield.
While the event lasted only close to two hours, it was evident that the work and passion behind these students are years in the making.

Mrs. Elizabeth Cresci, Principal at JDHS kicked off the evening with kind words for the seniors and welcomed the parents and guardians to a night they should be so proud of.
Awards ranged from Memorial Scholarships to Leadership Awards and everything in between. While we can't list every award, we hand picked a few achievements to showcase.
