Caring, Sharing Network: Vital Information for Seniors & Their Caregivers - Springfield Library

On Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 7 pm, the Springfield Free Public Library will present a program to offer information on services beyond what is generally known.  Did you know that New Jersey has a free-standing hospice facility?  Or that Medicare covers annual hearing tests:  Are you aware that physicians will make house calls and that in-home companions are available?

Members of the Caring, Sharing Network will discuss vital information regarding senior services.  Learn about home healthcare services, visiting physicians, hearing healthcare, palliative and hospice care, and lifestyle transitions.  There will be a 25 minute presentation followed by a question and answer session.

The Springfield Free Public Library is located at 66 Mountain Avenue, Springfield.  For further information, call 973-376-4930.  All are welcome.
