The Springfield Free Public Library is hosting a seminar entitled "Planning for Special Needs Children." This event will take place on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Former Springfield Township Committee member Beth C. Manes, Esq. will be speaking about public benefits planning, estate planning and guardianship, Diane K.
