Dayton Soccer Hosts Playoff Games Wednesday

Jonathan Dayton High School boys and girls soccer teams host NJSIAA State Tournament playoff games at the athletic complex Wednesday.
The girls team, the No. 3 seed in the North 2, Group 1 bracket, takes on No. 6 seed Roselle Park at 2 p.m., while the No. 4 seed boys play No. 5 seed North Arlington at 4 p.m.
At Monday evening's Board of Education meeting, Board President Steve Wolcott said both teams making it to the second round of the state tournament and playing back-to-back games at home was "a first."
"Please come out and fill the stands," he said.
